- DARKNESS FALLS -
Hellfire
Megatron.
The name strikes fear into the conduits, blood, Sparks and hearts of every peace-loving sentient in the universe. All fear his might. All tremble at his rage.
He rises from the Abyss, shaking off his shackles. The Allspark radiates power within him.
He descends upon the small worlds as a God, a titan among roaches.
These fleshling roaches who defeated him – outrageous.
But they can do nothing now. It was peace that softened his ancient enemy so many thousands of years ago, this would be no different.
The seawater drips off his haunches. He soars. It feels deliciously exhilarating to be flying again. He feels the rushing wind battering futilely against his Cybertronian metal, much like a woman hitting her small fists in vain against a merciless rapist.
He clutches the cosmos to him with claws like the cold hands of a murderer.

Evolution
Carried on the metal wings of guardian sentinels, another co-ruler of Cybertron has made his home on Earth. Now he watches over another species, one many times smaller than his own. They are called homo sapiens.
The name of Megatron strikes fear into the conduits of every peace-loving sentient in the universe. He is the galaxy’s bane, its death. Only one being can match him in power, wisdom, and might.
Optimus Prime.
The ancient protector looks up at the star-studded night sky and proclaims his testament, and his hope: ‘I am Optimus Prime, and I send this message to any surviving Autobots taking refuge among the stars. We are here – we are waiting.’
Will they respond to the summons? Perhaps. Perhaps not. Until someone returns, he can only do one thing.
Hide and wait.
‘Optimus.’ The voice from a much smaller yellow robot catches his attention.
‘Bumblebee,’ smiles Prime. ‘How are you?’
‘Doing well, sir. New reports have flooded in of new strategies, new options. Permission to suggest a new course of action?’
Prime pauses, and nods. ‘Permission granted. What’ve you got?’
