Most powerful among the Autobots, Optimus Prime once co-ruled Cybertron alongside Lord High Protector Megatron. Serving as equal brothers, Megatron’s betrayal was sudden and devastating. Even Optimus could not save the lives of many peace-loving Autobots, who died at the hands of the more military-oriented Decepticon separatists. Now with his new Dragon Convoy upgrade, it is his hope that his Allspark-upgraded body will be enough to defeat a resurrected Megatron.

Weapons: Upon his arrival on Earth, Optimus Prime has built, assimilated, and modified his body into an unstoppable war machine, a mobile battle and ordnance platform, and a hardy transport system. Since the last war, Prime has built his body into a new Cybertronian structural armour that deflects all physical projectiles and beam weaponry. This ‘Dragon Convoy’ is easily recognizable thanks to its shining metallic chrome and radiant golden plates that were salvaged from the Allspark itself, giving Prime unsurpassed power, armour, and regeneration. Knowing full well that the Decepticons possess an aerial advantage, his exhaust pipes now double as a Cybertronian jetpack called Elita Lumiere, allowing him to fly in robot mode. His main offensive weapon is his Antimatter Fusion Tactical Field Dominance Helix Blaster, also known as Rhisling 2 for short. A vast improvement from his previous Ion Blaster, the predominantly golden-coloured Rhisling 2 allows for long range artillery, heavy duty firepower in close-range combat, and multiple dispatchment of enemies through a simultaneous multi-locking system. Rhisling 2 is perhaps the only weapon in the entire Autobot arsenal that can stand up to Megatron’s Fusion Cannon. Supplementary firepower consists of the AC11-OP02 Xiphias 4 railgun, which is built for rapid fire and instant enemy position displacement.
