Thanks to a major piece of the Allspark in his chest, Megatron has returned, nigh-omnipotent. With his revitalized army rallying behind him, led by the most dangerous Transformers ever to stalk the stars – Starscream, Blackout, Wreckage and Brawl, the Decepticon leader is poised to rule the universe. In response, Optimus Prime summons his own warriors under the banners of Fleet V and the human-Autobot alliance CELESTIAL while trying to protect a young human girl he loves. Ironhide struggles to make peace with his destructive past with the support of his student Arcee. Meanwhile, Bumblebee and Ratchet attempt to save an orphanage of gifted children who are watched over by Sector 7. Transformers: Fleet V has several factions. These are:

Fleet V: The loss of Jazz led to the recalling of warriors from from many different planets. The transmission’s order: for all Autobots to abandon their current assignment, report under Fleet V, and scour the universe of the Decepticon threat under one, unified banner. Led by Supreme Commander Optimus Prime, this reunited battalion of elite generals, soldiers, spies, scientists, and hunters are determined to save every planet from the consuming hatred of Megatron. The most powerful force of good ever assembled, each member is fully dedicated to the protection of all sentient life from enslavement and destruction.

CELESTIAL (Cybertron-Earth Linked Energon-Sharing Treaty and Intelligence Acquisition League): Led by Ratchet, CELESTIAL is the backbone behind the technical execution of Fleet V’s operations. Some of hardiest, smartest Autobots, alongside their human comrades, operate this complex organisation dedicated to transmitting information to Autobot cells across the galaxy and developing, upgrading, and distributing weapons and artillery among the Autobot forces. CELESTIAL operatives, builders, and technicians work in close cooperation with spies like Bumblebee and Arcee, relaying updates of Decepticon movement and acquisition of raw materials and Energon weapons to Prime. Currently, they have established a base on the moon and are cooperating with humans in the US Army to construct an underground stronghold underneath the Colorado desert. But the Autobots’ ultimate objective is to bring back Cybertron from its ravaged state, restoring it to the home they once knew. And for this, they need the ultimate power: they need the Allspark.

Starscream Faction: has tasted true power after the defeat of Megatron. Alas, it is not to last. But he is not one to give up; all will kneel down to him in the end; Autobot, Decepticon, even Megatron himself.

Megatron Faction : The Decepticons are often underestimated. Countless trillions across the galaxy have paid the price for such folly. Because no matter how defeated the Decepticons are, the hunger and thirst for the Allspark, along with their never-ending lust for power, prove far more powerful than any Autobot strategy or weapon. With the rediscovery of new shards of the Allspark, the Decepticons have returned to Earth to ensure they obtain these precious vestiges of their civilisation and galvanize their armies. It is only a matter of time before Megatron returns with the full power of the Allspark, and it remains only to boon themselves with it. With Megatron resurrected, they will be able to annihilate this so-called ‘Fleet V’ and cripple both Autobots and humans loyal to the Autobot cause – forever.
